Scandal is one of our favorite shows, not just because it's incredibly juicy, but also, and probably mostly because of its star, Kerry Washington--we love, love, love her! She's pretty much a fixture on best-dressed lists when she hits the red carpet, so it was no surprise to see her looking flawless at the Hollywood Film Awards gala. Her Monique Lhuillier cocktail dress featured a classic, strapless silhouette with a paint splatter print that was both playful and unexpected. Adding to the playfulness of this look, bow pumps from Louis Vuitton that are like eye candy! And the actress didn't distract from the fun shoes and statement-making print with tons of sparkly jewels, but instead donned stud earrings. Not only that, but her makeup looks so soft and pretty and natural (you know how we love a pink lip) and she pulled her hair back so everyone could see that soft, pretty, natural face.

Love the Look: Rose Byrne
As much as we love color, we're always happy to see any incarnation of the classic LBD. This version, a sheer sheath with raw edge detailing by Chanel, is both elegant and playful, and we love how it looks on Bridesmaids actress Rose Byrne for a night out in New York. We also love that the star didn't shy away from keeping the entire look glamorous. From her lovely, oversized updo to her beautiful, bold red pout, and don't think we didn't see the stunners sparkling in her ears, Rose is a knockout. Love the Look: Jennifer Garner
Jennifer Garner took to the red carpet last night to support her hubby Ben Affleck's new film, Argo, but from the look of her fiery red Monique Lhuillier gown, we're guessing all eyes were on her and not her significant other. The red crepe stunner was from Lhuillier's Fall 2012 collection, and featured red leather straps that curved down around the actress' hips, creating a contour detail. And since the dress itself was such a showstopper, Jen wisely didn't go for fussy hair and makeup, but instead kept it simple with a nude lip and shiny hair that let the gown be the star of the show.
