FIDM Grad Monique Lhuillier is a favorite among Hollywood's brightest stars, and for good reason--her gowns photograph well on the red carpet and are almost always guaranteed to land the latest "It" girl on a best-dressed list. For Spring 2013, Lhuillier was inspired by water, as evidenced by the watery blue palette, light, flowing gowns, sparkling cocktail dresses, and aquatic digital prints that showed up on both frocks and separates. As usual, all the looks were stunning, but we were particularly taken with a koi fish printed cocktail dress and a dramatic black tulle gown.
