Makeup
To get this glam look, start with liquid eyeliner on your upper lash line, then add a coat or two of mascara.  Hourglass Calligraphy Liquid Eye Liner ($32) has a smudge-proof felt tip, making it easier to apply.  Try it with Prescriptives Lash Envy Volumizing Mascara in Midnight ($19).  Next, apply a matte red color to lips.  If your skin has pink undertones, look for a cool red with a pink or blue base.  Try Givenchy Interdit Satin Lipstick in Rouge Cancan ($26.50).  If your skin has a yellow or olive undertone, choose a warm red with a gold or tawny base.  Urban Decay Lipstick in Deep Coral ($22) is a great pick for you.

Hair
Use a texturizing spray, such as Frederic Fekkai Coiff Bouffant Lifting and Texturizing Spray Gel ($25), all over your hair to give your strands volume and lift, then use a medium-barreled curling iron to curl ends under.  Next, use your fingers to rake front half of hair back and pin in place (you can also use an elastic to wrap hair).  Finish off the look by covering the pins or elastic with an eye-catching hair comb, like this Sequined Lace Haircomb ($9), or top it off with this Crystal Rhinestone Tiara ($19.99).
